Farer designs their watches in London (though they are Swiss Made), and the brand celebrates its British heritage naming the Mansfield after British explorer and writer, Charlotte Mansfield, who journeyed over 16,000 miles across Africa. The Oris ProPilot X Kermit Edition is one of Oris’ newest releases, announced at Watches & Wonders 2023. An extension of their ProPilot X Calibre 400 line, the watch features a slim 39mm case size and light titanium case and bracelet. This collaboration with Disney brings a little bit of fun and a whole lot of bright “Kermit” green to the dial. Kermit the Frog, of The Muppets fame, graces the date window every first of the month (in lieu of the actual date), to celebrate “Kermit Day” as Oris describes it. Oris’ goal is to lighten up the mood and bring some joy to your day. The pilot's watch retails for $4,600 USD.
Gerald Charles GC Sport Grass

Another lightweight titanium case watch with green dial on our list is the Gerald Charles GC Sport Grass. Inspired through Gerald Charles’ love of tennis and even tested on ATP tournament players for shock resistance and durability, the GC Sport Grass is one of three tennis models giving nod to tennis surfaces, (clay, hard, and grass). The Daytona may be one of the most prolific race chronographs ever made. One of the more famous iterations of the Daytona was nicknamed after a celebrity that wore it - The green dial “John Mayer”. The Oystersteel and yellow gold model boasts a contrasting dark green dial which gives the deep color a burst of brightness. The look is classy and sporty, despite the precious metal case, and can elevate any look. The green dial model has recently been discontinued by Rolex and is now available in other variations (two-tone case and bracelet and different dial colorways). The piece retailed for $38,700 USD but is well into the 6-figures on the grey market. It was recently discontinued as of March 2023.

Kintaro Hattori founded the company in 1881 making Seiko one of the leading watch brands in Japan early on. To celebrate the 140th anniversary of Seiko the brand released special edition pieces to their Prospex, Presage, and Astron families inspired through Japan’s landscapes and seascapes. The Seiko Prospex Sea 140th Anniversary Limited Edition features an emerald metallic dial and gives nod to the 1968 Divers model. In this newer updated version, the piece features a slimmer bezel and a more modern look on the dial. The watch is limited to 6,000 pieces and retails for $1,350 USD.

U-Boat has made a slight shift in delivering their usual large over the top pieces into something more wearable for the day-to-day person. While they still offer their more rugged pieces, they’ve introduced the Darkmoon series - A 40mm watch with an oil-filled dial fitted with a double domed crystal giving supreme depth that also is a great showcase for the dial details. The green model features a soleil green dial which fades out to black around the edges illuminating the center in a nice green color. An air bubble floats through the dial, but not just for aesthetic it allows for the balance of temperature variances. Another new release from this year’s Watches & Wonders is the mint green dial for the Rolex Sky-Dweller. As other Sky-Dweller models the dial displays both 12-hour and 24-hour time as well as dual time, so you’re never lost in time no matter where you go. The inverted triangle above the numbers indicates different time zones, and a solid red rectangle around the 12-hour time functions to show the month. These subtle displays complement the classic look of this timepiece and allow for the dial to take center focus. The piece is priced at $15,650 USD.

Glashutte Original introduced their first dive watch, the Spezimatic Typ RP TS 200, in 1969. The SeaQ is a contemporary take on the Spezimatic, borrowing the case design to recreate this handsome heritage piece. The reed-green dial features extra-large applied Arabic numerals that scream Glashutte. The matching green date window shows that the brand is paying attention to the details.
