Jalen Hurts’ Watch Collection
Super Bowl LVII is upon us, where the Philadelphia Eagles will take on the Kansas City Chiefs with the opportunity to hoist the Lombardi Trophy. The 2022-2023 season once again saw Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes take home the MVP Trophy, and we already know that Mahomes has quite the watch collection. This NFL season, however, saw the emergence of another superstar Quarterback. Jalen Hurts, the Eagles’ QB, had a breakout year at just 24 years old. Hurts was so good this season that he came in second in the MVP voting to Mahomes. Well, Hurts has a chance to prove to the MVP voters that he should have won the award when he faces off against Mahomes in the 2023 Super Bowl.
Hurts is young, but he has already started to build out a watch collection of his own. Let’s take a look at some of the watches we’ve seen #1 wear over the past couple of years.
Jalen Hurts’ Rolex Datejust 41 mm
Hurts has an affinity for Rolex, and not all of them are very flashy. We have seen Jalen wearing the Rolex Datejust with silver dial. This watch is considered one of Rolex’s “entry level” models (along with the Oyster Perpetual) but is still a very sought after piece. While the Datejust is offered in 34, 36 or 41 mm, Hurts’ watch is the larger 41mm. The Rolex Datejust 41 Ref. 126300 retails for $8,050 USD.
Jalen Hurts’ Two-Tone Rolex Daytona
To be a true Rolex collector, you have to have a Daytona in your collection. And we’ve spotted Jalen Hurts wearing one. During a press conference, Hurts was dressed to the nines in a nice light blue suit, with tie and matching pocket square. On his wrist was two tone (yellow gold and steel) Rolex Daytona Ref. 116503-0004. While most of this watch is steel, the center links on the bracelet, the bezel and the crown and pushers are all yellow gold. In addition, the black dial is a nice contrast to the rest of the watch. The two-tone Rolex Daytona Ref. 116503 retails for $19,100 USD.
Jalen Hurts’ Rolex Day-Date 40 in Everose Gold
The final Rolex we have spotted Hurts in is probably our favorite. The Rolex Day-Date 40 with president bracelet just exudes class. While Day-Dates are only offered in precious metal, the rose gold Day-Date 40 with olive green dial is a true stunner. The green sunray dial combined with the fluted bezel and everose case makes the watch one of the most in-demand Day-Dates. Rolex Day-Date 40 Ref. 228235-0025 in Everose Gold retails for $41,500 USD.
Jalen Hurts’ Diesel Mega Chief Chronograph
The fact is that the Rolex’s in Hurts’ collection are both hard to get (at retail price at least) and fairly expensive. Well, if you want to match Hurts’ style without breaking the bank, you’re in luck. Not all of the watches Hurts has been seen wearing are uber-expensive. We spotted Hurts at a press-conference wearing the affordable Diesel Mega Chief Chronograph. The watch has an interesting and recognizable crown and date display, making recognizably Diesel. While it’s not very expensive, we appreciate that Diesel didn’t just copy the design queues from luxury brands (as many fashion watches are prone to do). The Diesel Mega Chief is a large watch at 51mm, so it’s not for those with smaller wrists. You can pick up one on Amazon for just $129 USD.
