Introducing the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M “Paris 2024” for the 2024 Paris Olympics
The 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris may be a year away, but that hasn’t stopped Omega, the Olympic’s longtime partner, from releasing their first Special Edition watch for 2024 iteration of the games. And it makes sense, given that the games are in the summer, that the watch would be a new Seamaster. The new Omega Seamaster Diver 300M “Paris 2024” mark’s Omega’s 31st time as the Official Timekeeper of the Olympiad a role they have fulfilled since 1932.

THE JUICE:
We are used to seeing numerous Olympic themed watches released by Omega. They are normally just released closer to the games. We aren’t upset though, as we are fans of this release. The watch resembles the regular production Seamster 300M but in two-tone instead of steel. the Seamaster 300M “Paris 2024” takes an understated but attractive approach to two-tone, opting to make only the bezel in moonshine gold (the bezel on the regular production Seamaster 300M is ceramic). This elevates the watch in my opinion.
The gold bezel is matched by the gold-lined hour markers and hands. The seconds hand has a the Paris Olympics emblem, surely a nod to the Olympic Flame, at the tip and the caseback is engraved with “Paris 2024” as well as the same flame emblem. All of these are nice touches. And I have to say, there is not much to dislike about the watch.
It is noted by Omegas as a “Special Edition” which makes me assume that it will be limited. However, Omega has not clarified how many pieces will be available for sale.
How much does the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M “Paris 2024” COST?
The Omega Seamaster Diver 300M “Paris 2024” retails for $8,700 USD. It will be available in July 2023 only in Omega Boutiques. The 2024 Paris Summer Olympics begin in exactly one year, on July 26, 2023. Read more about the release at Omega’s website.
